02. Scheduling

Appointments & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and allocate dedicated clinical staff for every scheduled treatment.

Booking & Cancellation Rules

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may incur a fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening your treatment or rescheduling to ensure our schedule remains on time.
03. Medical Disclaimer

Consultations & Treatment Candidacy

Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. Results vary based on individual skin type, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence to post-care protocols.

  • All new patients must complete a consultation and medical health history disclosure prior to treatment.
  • Aglow Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if a practitioner determines a procedure is unsafe or unsuitable for you.
  • You are responsible for accurately declaring all known allergies, medical conditions, medications, and previous cosmetic treatments.
04. Billing

Payments, Fees & Refunds

Transparent pricing is integral to our service standards.

  • Payment Due: Full payment is required immediately following the completion of your service.
  • Accepted Methods: Cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved aesthetic financing programs.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Performed clinical procedures, single-use consumable supplies, and opened skincare products are non-refundable.
05. Clinic Rules

Patient Responsibilities & Conduct

To maintain a serene, safe environment for all patients and practitioners, we require full compliance with clinic rules.

We maintain zero tolerance for aggressive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior toward staff or other clients. Aglow Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse service or terminate care immediately in such events.

06. Legal Safeguards

Limitation of Liability

Aglow Aesthetic Clinic and its licensed practitioners carry professional liability insurance and adhere to clinical standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aglow Aesthetic Clinic shall not be held liable for adverse reactions or unexpected outcomes resulting from omitted medical history or failure to strictly adhere to provided pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
